Development

In the beginning of the design process, a conversation takes place between the Water Structures development team and the client. Essential design points are defined, and the  many areas which can affect the design like space, budget, traffic, lighting, wind, noise, safety, splash out , signage, and over all water movement are discussed. During this early design process we offer development drawings, planning  meetings,  value engineering, and exact project costing. As the project becomes more defined, AutoCAD shop drawings and CSI specification of products and construction documents are developed.
